Tilum is accepting new wholesale accounts! To qualify for an account, you must have the following:
A brick and mortar (physical) studio for shipping purposes.
An active piercer.
Clean room with an autoclave capable of sterilizing body jewelry.
You must provide the following documentation:
Sales Tax License/Permit - Issued by the State (scanned copy is fine)
Resale Certificate (Per the Wayfair decision).The following states and territories are excluded from providing a Resale Certificate: Alaska, American Samoa, Delaware, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Montana, New Hampshire, Northern Mariana Islands, Oregon, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Minor Outlying Islands, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
All Applicants Outside of the United State:
A photo of your Business License or equivalent
Tax ID if available for your country (Example: TIN, NINO, UTR, FIN, ITR)
