Standard Returns (Change of Mind)

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee will be applied. Refunds will be issued as store credit for the value of the returned items once they are received and inspected.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Tilum immediately upon delivery. To initiate a resolution, you’ll need to provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the issue
  • A photo of the picking ticket, if applicable

Tilum will assess the issue and offer a replacement or store credit, depending on inventory and the nature of the problem. If Tilum is at fault, we will cover return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the items, and the picking ticket (if available).
  3. Carefully package your item(s) for return.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please note that orders cannot be modified or canceled once submitted. This includes changes to items, quantities, or cancellations. Our system processes orders quickly to maintain fast turnaround times, which prevents any edits once an order is placed.
