Steel Spear Counter-Sunk Tops - Internally Threaded

Does your labret post protrude slightly from your lip? Is the rise on your dermal anchor a little too high? If your body jewelry shaft or base doesn't fit just right, these counter-sunk post spikes are the perfect end. The counter-sunk post allows the spike to sit flush with your skin, so it'll look like your body jewelry fits you perfectly.

Each of these cones is made from surgical stainless steel. The 2mm internally-threaded counter-sunk posts will work with most of our 6g internally-threaded body jewelry, as long as it has internal 2mm threading. These cones will not work with our 1.6mm internally-threaded body jewelry in those sizes.
