Kala Kaiwi Mega Dermal Titanium Anchor

This Mega Dermal Anchor was developed by Kala Kaiwi, a body modification artist at Sin City Body Mods based in Hilo, Hawaii. His design features a unique double-hole base that is much larger than other dermal anchors in the industry. The base is 8mm long, 4mm wide, and has a thickness of 0.5mm, which allows for a bigger 3mm hole at the front (toe) of the anchor and a 2.5mm oval at the back (heel). This "mega" dermal style provides maximum connection of tissue through the base and more stability.
